Safety Officer

Eram Talent is seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Officer to join our team. As a Safety Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and clients.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
2. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
3. Investigate accidents and incidents to determine the root cause and recommend preventive measures
4. Provide safety training and education to employees
5. Maintain updated records of safety inspections, incidents, and training
6. Coordinate with other departments to address safety concerns and ensure safety protocols are followed
7. Stay updated with relevant safety regulations and industry best practices

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
2. Minimum 10 years of experience as a Safety Officer
3. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Attention to detail and analytical mindset
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
7. NEBOSH certification is preferred
