Responsible for conducting a formal monthly internal Safety Audit to ascertain compliance on Health, Safety & Environmental procedures.

Preparation of HSE plan (review).

Implementing HSMS Management systems, training, auditing, and reviewing.

Supervision, monitoring, and implementation of safety procedures at sites.

Surveying sites and customizing safety solutions.

Emergency procedures and review of evacuation plan.

Documentation submittal and supervision for tower crane, heavy equipment, and construction vehicles.

Planning and initiative to achieve HSE objectives and targets.

Initiative to resolve potential problems within the team.

Monitor daily status of housekeeping in the entire site premises.

Prepare, outsource, and install safety posters, plant directory, emergency exit routes, and necessary safety signage.
