Experience: Min 5 years in Safety domain within Petrochemical Industry
Must be graduate with osha & Nebosh certifications
Job Summary: The Safety (EHSS) Officer will be responsible for implementing and overseeing health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures within the organization. The officer will work to ensure a safe working environment in compliance with local regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures to mitigate risks.
Provide training and guidance to staff on safety practices and protocols.
Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and recommend preventive actions.
Prepare and maintain safety documentation and reports.
Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with OSHA and NEBOSH standards.
Promote a culture of safety awareness and compliance throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
OSHA and NEBOSH certifications are mandatory.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the petrochemical industry.
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: SAR 2,500 to SAR 3,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
