Position: Safety Officer

Company: Farm Company USA/Canada

Salary: $5,000 - $7,000 monthly with a weekly allowance of $500

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
2. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
3. Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
4. Provide safety training to employees.
5. Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Safety Officer or similar role.
2. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
3. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
4. Certification in occupational health and safety is a plus.
