Safety Officer

The Safety Officer will develop and maintain Safety Management Systems, lead HSE training, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with regulations while collaborating with project teams.

Job Title: HSE Safety Officer

Location: Saudi Arabia (Jubail, Riyadh, Dammam/Khobar/Eastern Province)

Experience Required: 3 - 8 Years

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement safety policies.
2. Conduct inspections and provide training.
3. Ensure compliance with regulations while promoting a culture of safety.
4. Responsible for risk assessment, work permits, and reporting.
5. Monitor employee safety compliance and investigate accidents.
6. Identify and assess hazards, risks, and control measures for specific operations or processes.
7. Compile safety programs and maintain compliance with regulations.
8. Conduct audits and monitor health hazards in the oil and gas sector.

Qualifications:

1. NEBOSH and IOSH certifications preferred.
2. Experience in infrastructure projects and client meetings.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Diploma or engineering degree preferred.
