Safety Officer

Eram Talent is seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Officer to join our team. As a Safety Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine the root cause and recommend preventive measures
• Provide safety training and education to employees
• Maintain updated records of safety inspections, incidents, and training
• Coordinate with other departments to address safety concerns and ensure safety protocols are followed
• Stay updated with relevant safety regulations and industry best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Safety Officer
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• NEBOSH certification is preferred
