Overview

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Safety Officer to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety of the workplace and implementing safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
2. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards
3. Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and implement preventive measures
4. Conduct safety training for employees
5. Maintain safety records and documentation
6. Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with safety standards

Requirements:

1. Proven work experience as a Safety Officer or similar role
2. In-depth knowledge of safety procedures and regulations in a manufacturing setting
3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
5. Relevant certification in occupational health and safety is a plus

Additional Technical Requirements:

1. Strong technical knowledge in dental equipment installation, repair, and maintenance
2. Proficiency in handling and repairing a wide range of dental products including dental engines, physio units, dental implant handpieces, and motors
3. Expertise in Dental CBCT (X-ray) systems and ability to troubleshoot issues
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
6. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and provide technical support
