Safety Manager

Develop and implement comprehensive safety management plans in alignment with Aramco's standards and international safety protocols.

Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with OSHA, NEBOSH, or IOSH standards and company policies.

Monitor and enforce adherence to safety regulations, ensuring a zero-tolerance approach to unsafe practices on-site.

Provide expert guidance and training to employees on safety procedures, emergency protocols, and incident prevention strategies.

Investigate workplace incidents, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

Oversee the preparation, submission, and follow-up of safety permits, licenses, and documentation required by regulatory authorities.

Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety considerations into planning, execution, and post-completion phases.

Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring safety protocols are clearly understood and consistently followed.

Develop and manage a safety reporting system to track incidents, near misses, and other safety metrics for ongoing improvement.

Liaise with Aramco and other clients to ensure project-specific safety requirements are met and exceeded.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in safety management, preferably within the fit-out or construction sectors.

Certified by Aramco and holder of OSHA, NEBOSH, or IOSH certification.

Proven expertise in developing and implementing safety programs, risk assessments, and emergency response plans.

Strong knowledge of Saudi safety regulations, Aramco standards, and international best practices.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments and manage multiple stakeholders.
