Safety Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive safety programs
• Conducting regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations
• Investigating and reporting on accidents and incidents
• Providing training and support to employees on safety practices and procedures
• Collaborating with management to develop safety initiatives and improvements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in safety management, preferably in government projects
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using safety management software and tools
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Certifications such as OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent are a plus
