Safety Manager

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Safety Manager with a strong background in civil work for substations. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in safety management, with a proven track record in the substation sector (Civil work). The candidate must be approved by the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) and have completed all required safety courses.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and implement safety protocols and procedures on substation civil work projects.
2. Ensure compliance with all SEC safety standards and regulations.
3. Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
4. Provide safety training and guidance to the project team and workers.
5. Investigate and report any incidents, accidents, or near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
6. Liaise with SEC and other relevant authorities to maintain safety compliance.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
2. Safety certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA are highly mandatory.
3. Minimum 10 years of experience in safety management, specifically in substation civil work.
4. Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) approval.
5. Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and standards.

2. Fluent in Arabic and English.
