About The Role

We are on the hunt for a proactive, passionate, experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager who can anticipate guests' needs and enjoys working within a fast-paced environment and great team. You will bring your personality to the table and manage and oversee the day-to-day operations in our Apex Bar x Dining Restaurant. Working directly with the F&B Manager, we are after a motivated go-getter, a team player who is hungry for the chance to be part of the ever-expanding Motorsport Park.

No day is ever the same, but some key responsibilities include:

1. Overall accountability for the people, product, service, and upkeep of department.
2. Continually analyse and assess performance of the outlets against its stated objectives; formulate strategies and enact remedies as appropriate.
3. Assist with staff recruitment, training and rostering of front-of-house staff in order to ensure guest expectations are exceeded at all times.
4. Maintain the costs of the business wage, beverage, maintenance and expenses costs as per budgets/targets.
5. Superior time management skills with the ability to work under pressure whilst paying the highest attention to detail.

Skills & Experience

1. You enjoy getting your hands dirty and lead by example.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Ability to multitask and remain calm during peak service periods.
4. Ability to build rapport easily with customers, key partners, and suppliers.
5. Be customer obsessed and continually look for ways to add value to our customer experience and prioritizing our guests' needs as this is our everyday business goals.
6. Enjoy working a flexible roster including shift work, weekends, and public holidays.
7. Hold a current RSA and RP license.
8. Showing your passion for food and beverage through both experience and skills in the industry.
