Roofing/Siding Sales Estimator

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for analyzing project requirements and providing exceptional customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and a passion for sales and business development.

Responsibilities:

1. As a Roofing/Siding Sales Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our company's success by engaging with prospective homeowners as well as Insurance adjusters to facilitate the replacement of roofing and siding.
2. Explain advantages of using Perfect Home Restoration and the associated Amish Labor Force.
3. Explain insurance claim process to clients and assist in processing of claim.
4. Meet onsite with insurance adjusters to facilitate success of the claim.
5. You will be responsible for assessing the scope of work and determining materials needed.
6. Consult with clients to answer any questions and clarify project specifications.
7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and timely estimates.
8. Some leads are provided but the most successful estimators generate their own by working the neighborhoods of active installations and sometimes cold calling or distributing flyers in known storm damaged areas.
9. Build and maintain relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
10. Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
