Job Title: RPA Developer

Job Purpose:

As an RPA Developer, you will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of automation solutions within the organization. Your role will involve collaborating with teams to identify automation opportunities, execute automation projects, and ensure the smooth operation of automated systems. This position requires a strong technical foundation, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement RPA solutions using industry-leading tools like Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and streamline business processes.
• Maintain and troubleshoot automated systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Analyze and optimize workflows, ensuring continuous improvement of automation processes.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of automation tools with existing systems.
• Create documentation for RPA solutions, including design, specifications, and operational procedures.
• Ensure automated systems are compliant with internal policies and external regulations.

Basic Requirements:

• Expert-level proficiency and certification in Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere.
• Strong logical and analytical abilities, with a focus on accuracy and speed.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, with the ability to think beyond RPA solutions.
• Solid understanding of SQL for efficient management of large data operations and integration with Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
