Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent (mandatory)
2. Technical Certification in Rigging, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
3. Aramco Certified Rigging Foreman: Must be certified by Saudi Aramco to perform rigging operations and supervise rigging teams on Aramco projects

Experience:

1. 5-10 years of experience in rigging and lifting operations, with at least 3-5 years of supervisory experience
2. Experience with a wide range of rigging equipment such as slings, chains, hoists, cranes, and winches
3. Practical experience in working with different types of equipment, including oil rigs, cranes, offshore platforms, and construction sites
