The Mozn brand is alive within a plethora of stakeholder touchpoints and therefore the most suitable candidate would be supporting and driving organizational effectiveness and development initiatives within Mozn. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, HR, and leadership to assess organizational needs, develop strategies, and implement programs that enhance employee experience and overall organizational success.

As a Rewards Team Lead, your daily workload might include:

• Design, implement and raise awareness of Rewards Strategies and Processes including HR tailored frameworks, programs, policies
• Provide consultation to business partners and management on matters related to people, rewards structure, workforce plan, and cost management
• Support and revise job descriptions for relevant positions within the company, conducting analysis to determine appropriate salary levels based on compensation guidelines
• Assist in launching the annual compensation assessment and merit award process
• Maintain company structures, procedures, processes, and resource utilization to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the business partners to develop and review workforce plans
• Assist in designing, implementing, and reviewing commission schemes
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations by establishing effective plans to address employee matters
• Produce HR reports on a weekly basis using advanced analytical tools (xls, tableau...)

Requirements

Our target profile is candidates with...

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ Years experience of experience in Rewards or Data Analytics Roles
• Strong knowledge of Rewards current trends, theories, practices, and methodologies.
• Familiarity with performance management systems and rewards programs
• Intermediate analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent bilingual verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to build effective relationships, influence stakeholders, and work collaboratively across teams
• Outstanding multitasking abilities
• Eager to learn.
