PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE:

The RevOps Business Partner’s mission is to boost field productivity, improve business predictability and support executive decision-making. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of all operations processes, tools, and technical KPIs. Key focus areas include Sales Planning, Demand Management, Deal Execution, Performance Management, Go to Market, and Cloud Renewals.

  • Speed to execute through increased transparency and sharing of successes/learnings.
  • Understanding the Customer Value Journey story in Cloud Renewals.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Forecasting:

  • Secure consistent execution of FC practices.
  • Ensure smooth, accurate, and consistent operation of the FC Process.
  • Support all levels cross-organization for consistent FC from individual AE to MD level.

Deal Execution:

  • Drive the use of EAS tools for strict opportunity planning and deliver insights to Sales Management.
  • Create insights in Win Loss analysis for process improvement.
  • Position Global & Regional Sales Programs to increase deal conversion.
  • Support Management with insights in deal execution process and optimization opportunities.

Demand Management:

  • Support in the DG process to align different LoBs.
  • Deliver insights where DG is needed and facilitate via APM.
  • Provide gap analysis for key improvement areas in the MU pipeline.
  • Position tools for better insights in corrective actions to increase contributions.

Be that Trusted Advisor:

  • Deliver as a trusted advisor and partner to the business with credibility and influence.
  • Understand core requirements and business implications to advise on senior management decisions.

Enablement:

  • Enable business and sales stakeholders to leverage defined core processes or tools.
  • Lead and champion best processes and behaviors for accountability in process execution.
  • Motivate team spirit and showcase successes and best practices.

Application, Data, Reporting:

  • Innovate and build sales supporting infrastructure (systems, tools, or applications).
  • Act as subject-matter expert and provide user support through guidance and training.
  • Manage deployment and maintenance of related infrastructure including governance and documentation.
  • Ensure data stewardship and optimize reporting for senior leaders.
  • Analyze renewals data and Cloud KPIs to present actionable recommendations for business improvements.
  • Collaborate on annual GTM planning activities including budget development and KPI setting.
  • Facilitate the renewals forecast process in partnership with CSS Leaders.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Saudi National is a must.
  • 2-3 years of working experience, with at least 1 year in Sales operations, Revenue Operations or related area.
  • Fluency in English and native Arabic speaker.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work extended hours if required.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerBI, and other computing tools.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
  • Should be located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
