Develop comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximize sales opportunities. Augment the sales output by formulating suitable strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define Requirements: Collaborate with the Operations Team to gather training requirements specific to each role.
2. Sales and Performance Management: Drive sales through effective management of sales force and provide sales analytics.
3. Public/Government Relations: Represent leasing, customer services, and marketing, including rent collection and facility management.
4. Manage end-to-end sales of services ensuring all services are delivered to customer expectations.
5. Communicate with consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities for marketing the company's services.
6. Oversee day-to-day operations of construction projects from planning through execution.
7. Coordinate with project managers and engineers for project execution.
8. Lead and oversee daily operations, logistics, and project execution.
9. Enable Sales Team to act as a first-class ambassador of the brand by proactively following the Sales Process/Methodology.
10. Responsible for the development and continuous improvement of the dark store's workflow.
