Retail Sales Associate Vacancy in Medina, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Medina. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales in our retail store. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding products or answering questions.
2. Provide knowledgeable and helpful advice to customers regarding products, promotions, and services.
3. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
4. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
5. Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking shelves as needed.
6. Meet or exceed sales goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
7. Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent education level.
2. Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate or similar role.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
4. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
5. Basic math skills for processing transactions.
6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
7. Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month.

City: This position is located in Medina.

Nationality/Location Preference: We welcome candidates of all nationalities who are currently residing in Medina or willing to relocate at their own expense.

Language Requirements: Fluent English speaking skills are required for this position.

Employment Type: This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time employment based on performance.
