Are you passionate about Retail Operations and Communication? Do you have a genuine interest in delving into the variety of projects that the Saudi-based retail team has to offer? As a Retail Executive, you will assist the department in enhancing operational efficiency and communication within the retail structure.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?

Among various responsibilities, your main missions are to act as a central point of contact for retail communication, to assist the Area Sales Manager in daily tasks and initiatives, to support the retail team in achieving sales goals, as well as to organize retail gatherings and meetings.

You will be the link between the Area Sales Manager and Boutique Managers, focusing on ensuring clear and effective interactions, preparing detailed reports and presentations, conducting data analysis to support informed decision-making, and optimizing performance across the boutiques. This position offers a broad view of retail operations and the opportunity to contribute to the success of multiple boutiques.

Sales Performance Reporting and Analysis

  • Compile and analyse sales data from boutiques to track performance trends and highlight top-performing teams, computing productivity.
  • Provide daily and weekly sales reports to the Commercial Director/Area Sales Manager and to the Retail Team when required.
  • Compile statistics and prepare various reports for management.

Support for Area Sales Manager and Boutique Managers

  • Assist the Area Sales Manager with ad-hoc tasks, coordinating initiatives, and ensuring boutique managers receive the guidance and resources needed to meet business goals.
  • Prepare presentations in assistance with the Area Sales Manager or other managers.
  • Follow up, review, and report to the Area Sales Manager on Boutique Monthly reports such as consignments, gratuities and discounts (if any), team performance touch base, and boutique performance rituals.

Retail Meetings and Events Coordination

  • Set up Retail Meetings and create the minutes to be validated by the Commercial Director/Area Sales Manager.
  • Set up, plan, and organize Retail gatherings and team-building initiatives.
  • Follow up with Marketing & Communication Departments on the organization of the Annual Retail Seminar under the supervision of the Commercial Director/Area Sales Manager.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

You have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an Executive/Office Assistant position, with a degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

  • Microsoft Office Experience is required, mainly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • As a Retail Executive, you are a proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact/collaborate within a team.
  • You are able to manage stress and confidentiality with a high-level of discretion.
  • You are at ease multitasking and rapidly adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
  • As a strong partner to the team, you can easily evolve with a variety of topics ensuring support, transparent communication, and close follow ups.
  • You are able to organize a daily workload by priorities and demonstrate proven organizational & project management skills.
  • You are adaptable, proactive and have strong organizational skills.

You have experience in data analysis and reporting, and excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
