Restaurant Supervisor (With Fine Dine-in Experience Required) - Arabic Speaker
Only UAE/KSA experienced candidates (with all-day dine-in) will be considered (Arabic Speaker)
Summary:
Face of Falla Outlet to the customer. Restaurant Supervisor will provide our guests with consistently high-quality dining experiences and unmatched motivation to supervise and other peers.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the dining area, supervise food and beverage service staff in accordance with Falla operating policies.
Take lead and responsibility on restaurant sales in terms of target achievement.
Lead on business development, i.e., design and implement strategic sales that expand customer base and ensure a strong Falla presence.
Create a positive team atmosphere among Team Members.
Maintain records of staff periodic manner and operating costs.
Provide feedback and coaching to the FOH team regularly.
Understand building capability through cross-training.
Treat all Team Members fairly, with respect.
Work with FOH staff to ensure proper food presentation and handling procedures.
Handle guest complaints in restaurants.
Schedule periodic food and beverage service staff meetings to ensure correct interpretation of policies and obtain feedback from staff members.
Maintain budget and employee records, prepare timesheets, and monitor bookkeeping records.
Keep a regular check on order/receiving supplies such as tableware, cutlery, and other items.
Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and other services.
Total receipts and balance against sales, deposit receipts, and lock facility at end of day.
Ensure new products are executed properly following roll-out.
Handle irate customers with a friendly/calm attitude.
Ensure product quality and great service. Show enthusiasm about guests within the restaurant.
Be flexible in dealing with changes/problems (e.g., being short-staffed).
Shift priorities and goals as work demands change.
Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure the most important tasks are completed on time.
Delegate and follow-up effectively.
Take ownership of issues or tasks and provide detailed updates to the Department Manager.
Coach team on how to exceed Guest expectations.
Identify restaurant problems through daily manager reports and ideate & execute to resolve the same.
Proficiency in using computer software to monitor inventory, track staff schedules and pay, and perform other record-keeping tasks.
Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) software, inventory software, Restaurant guest satisfactory tracking software, etc.
Assist in planning regular and special events.
Qualifications & Experiences:
Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management.
Minimum 3+ years of relevant Restaurant Supervisor experience in hotels/restaurants (Sales background highly preferred).
Must speak English & Arabic fluently.

Experience:
Supervisory experience in an all-day dine-in restaurant: 3 years (Required)
