Restaurant Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate all activities in the restaurant, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
2. Train and develop restaurant staff, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback.
3. Create and enforce policies and procedures to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient restaurant environment.
4. Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure availability of food and beverage items.
5. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Monitor and control expenses to meet budgetary goals.
7. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders.
8. Schedule and assign shifts to staff members to ensure adequate coverage.
9. Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance the restaurant's offerings and attract customers.

1. Previous experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
4. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
5. Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
6. Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
7. Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.
8. Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the restaurant industry.
9. Fluency in English, with additional language skills preferred.
