Our Client, A leading International Restaurants' Chain in Saudi Arabia is looking to fulfill the following position:
سلسلة مطاعم عالمية في المملكة العربية السعودية تطلب تعيين موظفين للوظائف التالية
RESTAURANT MANAGERS

1. Strong people management skills, communication and listening skills. Must be flexible and adaptable to change.
2. Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and a passion for coaching others.
3. Five to ten years prior professional experience in restaurant management preferably casual dining restaurant with franchise concept.
4. College graduate / bachelor degree are preferred.
5. Excellent command of English language.
6. Male; age between 30 and 35 years.
7. Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
8. Basic Salary SR 7,000 to SR 9,000 (Depending on qualification and personal interview).

Job description:

1. Directly manages members of restaurant staff.
2. Responsible for overall restaurant profitability, revenue targets, Guest Loyalty Index, Team Member Engagement, Mystery Shop targets, Team Member turnover and ultimately overall operations, profitability, business budgeting and planning including P&L management and reconciliation, quarterly business planning, assets protection, ordering/inventory, Labor management, and QSC.
