As Restaurant Manager, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Food & Beverage department to provide exceptional product and service within brand operating standards.

Qualifications
To execute the position of Restaurant Manager, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills, and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results, which includes the following:
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1-3 years restaurant management experience in a full-service outlet or similar setting. Hospitality Management Degree or some college preferred.
Fluent in English; additional languages are preferred.
Valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency.
