About the Role
We are looking for a guest-focused and operations-savvy Restaurant Manager to lead the All-Day Dining Restaurant at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage, you will be responsible for managing daily restaurant operations, leading your team with passion and precision, and delivering an engaging and seamless dining experience from breakfast through dinner.
What You Will Do
Oversee the full operation of the All-Day Dining Restaurant, ensuring exceptional service across all meal periods.
Lead, train, and motivate the service team to consistently deliver attentive, anticipatory, and personalized guest experiences.
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu offerings are executed in line with Four Seasons quality and presentation standards.
Handle guest feedback and resolve any service issues in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and readiness of the restaurant during service and off-hours.
Manage staff scheduling, payroll, inventory, and operating supplies.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and internal policies.
Participate in pre-opening responsibilities such as SOP development, team recruitment, and setup of service areas.
What You Bring
A bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of food & beverage experience, with 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts.
Strong knowledge of buffet and à la carte operations, service flows, and guest engagement techniques.
Proven leadership and organizational skills with a hands-on, floor-focused management style.
Familiarity with POS systems and service training standards.
Fluency in English is required.
