Restaurant Manager (Full-time)

The Commodore is located in Mount Gambier, SA on the beautiful Limestone Coast. We are passionate about hospitality and guest experience is our priority. We offer outstanding experiences in our Restaurant and Conferencing and Events including Weddings. The Commodore's restaurant was awarded Best Restaurant in a Hotel (SA) at the Restaurant and Catering Awards and received a judge's commendation at the AHA (SA) in the Restaurant Accommodation Division category. Our Business has grown to include Delgattie Estate our luxury Hotel and Colhurst House.

We are currently seeking a focused Restaurant Manager for our award-winning Restaurant and Food Service team.

Required Experience And Skills

1. A flair and passion for delivering outstanding food and beverage service
2. Strong beverage knowledge including cocktails and wine
3. A strong appreciation for quality in all elements of your work
4. Ability to train and work effectively in a team environment
5. Strong work ethic, excellent communication, delegation and time-management
