Restaurant Manager vacancy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are hiring a Restaurant Manager for our Indian restaurant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality food and service, and managing the restaurant staff. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant operations.
2. Create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience.
3. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
4. Train and develop staff to maintain high-quality service and standards.
5. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
6. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
7. Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members.
8. Maintain a positive work environment and lead by example.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role preferred.
2. Knowledge of Indian cuisine is an asset.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff.
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
