Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all staff members, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Ensure smooth daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, quality control, inventory management, and customer service
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
Monitor expenses and budget to maintain financial targets
Create and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout the restaurant
Adhere to all health code regulations and maintain necessary certifications
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
