Restaurant Manager vacancy in Medina Saudi Arabia

We are in need of an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Medina. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing a restaurant and must be able to communicate effectively in English. This position is open to Pakistani nationals and does not require proficiency in English.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and customer service.
2. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve efficiency.
3. Train and supervise staff members, ensuring they provide top-notch customer service.
4. Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed.
5. Monitor food quality and ensure that all health and safety regulations are being followed.
6. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise.
7. Maintain a positive working relationship with suppliers, vendors, and other business partners.
8. Develop promotional materials and plan events to attract new customers.
9. Create work schedules for staff members and ensure shifts are adequately staffed.
10. Conduct regular performance evaluations for employees.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role is required.
2. Must be able to communicate effectively in English (additional languages are a plus).
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
4. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
5. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.
6. Proven track record of increasing sales, reducing costs, and improving overall performance.
7. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
8. Must be able to live on-site or secure accommodation within close proximity to the restaurant.
9. Pakistani nationality preferred.
