Role Overview:
The Restaurant Manager will lead the daily operations of a high-end dining venue within a prestigious 5-star hotel, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and seamless service. This position requires a dynamic, experienced leader who can oversee staff, optimize processes, and maintain the highest standards of food quality, ambiance, and service. The successful candidate will have the vision and expertise to elevate the restaurant’s profile, driving guest satisfaction and repeat business.



Key Responsibilities:



1. Guest Experience & Service Excellence:
- Ensure an impeccable dining experience by upholding high standards of service quality, hospitality, and ambiance.
- Engage with guests to receive feedback, resolve any concerns, and enhance satisfaction.
- Implement best practices for personalized service that caters to a diverse, international clientele.



2. Operational Management:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including reservations, staffing, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations, timely service, and food safety standards.
- Monitor and manage restaurant supplies, working with suppliers for cost-effective and quality products.



3. Team Leadership & Training:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of service professionals to maintain a cohesive, guest-focused environment.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance team members’ knowledge of service standards, food and beverage offerings, and customer service skills.
- Create and foster a positive work culture that encourages collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement.



4. Financial Management:
- Develop budgets, monitor expenses, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and cost-efficiency.
- Analyze sales data, implement promotional strategies, and drive initiatives to boost guest engagement and revenue.
- Work with the finance team to conduct monthly P&L reviews and identify areas for improvement.



5. Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and local licensing requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate relevant best practices to maintain a competitive edge.



Skills & Qualifications Required:



- Experience:Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within a high-end or luxury dining establishment, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
- **Leadership Abilities: Proven track record of leading teams, inspiring staff, and maintaining a high-performance culture.
- Customer Service Excellence:Strong focus on creating memorable guest experiences and addressing diverse guest needs.
- Financial Acumen:Ability to manage budgets, monitor costs, and optimize resources to maximize profitability.
- Communication Skills:Fluent in English; Arabic isa plus. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for both guest and team interactions.
- Problem-Solving:Adept at handling challenges in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Flexibility & Adaptability:Able to work in a multicultural setting, adaptable to change, and open to learning and implementing new ideas.
