Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Maintenance Technician to oversee the maintenance and repair of all equipment and infrastructure within our restaurant. The ideal candidate should be proficient in fixing machinery such as AC units, home appliances, plumbing, heating, wiring, and general restaurant equipment maintenance to ensure a smooth and safe operation of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on restaurant equipment, including kitchen appliances, HVAC systems, electrical wiring, and plumbing.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair restaurant machinery, including refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, ice machines, and exhaust systems.
• Ensure proper functioning of air conditioning (AC) units, heating systems, and ventilation for customer comfort.
• Handle plumbing repairs, such as fixing leaks, clogged drains, and maintaining water supply systems.
• Inspect and repair electrical systems, including wiring, outlets, circuit breakers, and lighting.
• Conduct maintenance on gas lines and kitchen equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Respond quickly to emergency maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain a preventive maintenance schedule for all critical equipment to minimize downtime.
• Work closely with restaurant management to schedule repairs and minimize disruption to daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when specialized repairs or replacements are needed.
• Keep detailed maintenance records and inventory of tools, spare parts, and repair materials.
