Job Title : Restaurant Assistant Manager

Experience Required :

• Must have prior restaurant experience in Saudi Arabia .
• Experience in managing restaurant operations, supervising staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction .
• Maximum 37 years .

Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and efficiency.
• Implement and maintain high-quality service standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations .
• Lead and motivate the restaurant team to maintain high service standards.
• Train, mentor, and guide staff to improve performance and efficiency.
• Schedule shifts and manage employee attendance.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by handling complaints and resolving issues effectively.
• Monitor and improve customer experience through feedback and service adjustments.
• Manage stock levels, order supplies, and control wastage to reduce costs.
• Ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining quality.
• Assist in managing budgets, sales targets, and revenue generation.
• Monitor daily sales reports, cash handling, and accounting procedures .
• Support marketing activities and promotional campaigns to increase sales.
• Implement strategies to boost customer retention and loyalty .
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, safety guidelines, and company policies .
• Conduct regular safety audits and maintain an organized, hazard-free environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Minimum 3-5 years of restaurant management experience in Saudi Arabia
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Financial acumen to manage costs, budgets, and revenue.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
• Knowledge of restaurant technology, including POS systems and inventory management.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
