Resident Doctor

This position is on behalf of one of our client companies, not a direct role with Imploy.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physician to play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive medical care to our members, ensuring clinical excellence and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide clinical care and medical services according to our protocols and standards.
2. Conduct thorough medical assessments, formulate accurate diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
3. Prescribe medications, order tests, and refer patients to specialists as needed.
4. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for integrated patient care.
5. Educate patients and families on medical conditions and preventive measures.
6. Document patient encounters accurately and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
7. Stay updated on medical knowledge through continuing education and professional development.

Qualifications:

1. Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
2. Board certification or eligibility in a medical specialty preferred.
3. 3-5 years of clinical experience as a medical doctor.
4. Proficiency in medical documentation and electronic health records.
5. Fluency in Arabic and English languages required.
