You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. The Reservations Manager is responsible for managing the Reservations Department and working closely with Marketing and Sales and other relevant Rooms Departments to maximize Room Yield through Inventory Control while delivering exceptional customer service in line with Hyatt’s Brand Standards.
Ideally, you should have a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. A minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Reservation Manager, Front Office Manager, or Assistant Front Office Manager in a larger operation is required. Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must.
