Job Vacancy: Site Engineers / Supervisors / Site Manager

A leading Fit-Out Company specialised in construction of Retail Stores and commercial offices is looking for motivated and skilled Site Engineers, Supervisors, and Site Managers to join our dynamic team. We specialize in high-quality architectural and interior decoration projects, and we are seeking professionals with a passion for excellence.

Position: Site Engineers / Supervisors / Site Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage on-site operations for interior fit-out projects.

Ensure timely execution of all site activities in accordance with the project plan.

Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.

Supervise the workforce, ensuring quality workmanship and safety standards.

Conduct regular site inspections and handle issues as they arise.

Maintain project documentation and reports, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.

Preparation or modification of client's drawings as per site requirements

Qualifications:

Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Decoration, or a related field.

Proven experience in site management or fit-out projects.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Ability to read and understand architectural and design plans.

Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in construction.
