Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related Field
• 5+ years of experience in the banking industry preferred
• Strong background in remittance services, sales, or marketing
• Fluent in both Bengali & English

• Preferred skills including excellent communication and customer retention.
