Job description

Position Overview:


The Relocation Consultant is the main point of contact for Move One's clients for delivering destination and immigration services in their designated location. This role includes supporting Field Consultants, providing guidance, updates, and service-related information, as well as managing costs.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Confirm receipt of service initiations with Clients within the KPI - driven timeframe (max. 1 business day) and open the jobs on the Move One Relocation Management Platform.
  2. Make initial contact with new assignees within the KPI - driven timeframe, - max. one business day of service initiation.
  3. Confirm services to be provided, and gather critical relocation information.
  4. Collect and verify required data and documents.
  5. If no sufficient internal team capacity, or services delivered in remote locations, - assign services to Field Consultants, coordinate with them and brief them on important details.
  6. Provide timely updates and service reports to clients and RMCs.
  7. Follow the applicable processes.
  8. Ensure online systems, forms, and procedures comply with relevant SLAs, and ensure documents, service information, and milestones are uploaded to IT platforms.
  9. Maintain a minimum of 95% satisfaction rate from assignees via customer evaluation reports.
  10. Manage service-related complaints, issues, or challenges promptly.
  11. Work closely with Field Consultants and Vendors, report any issues to the Regional Operations Manager.
  12. Respond to client requests promptly.
  13. Create and submit operational reports client forms, as required.
  14. Ensure services are invoiced promptly.
  15. Collaborate effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
  16. Interact professionally with other employees, customers, and suppliers.
  17. Maintain clear, concise, polite, and professional communication with all stakeholders regarding the relocation.
  18. Complete mandatory training programs and attend Team Calls.

Qualifications:

  1. University degree or equivalent.
  2. Experience in the service industry.
  3. Proficient in PC skills.
  4. Advanced level of English and Arabic.
