Regional Sales Manager

• Lead business development in KSA for regional groups and independent properties.
• Support Senior Sales Manager on strategic business expansion initiatives.
• Achieve annual objectives & targets related to sales and revenue.
• Identify and visit high-potential properties to build a strong pipeline for growth. Manage and maintain accounts post-sale.
• Implement the Business Development Strategy for KSA as outlined by the Senior Sales Manager for EMEA.
• Conduct weekly updates with Regional Sales Manager ME and Senior Sales Manager EMEA on sales pipeline progress.
• Perform market analysis to identify competitive advantages and capitalize on region-specific opportunities.
• Liaise with regional distributors to ensure timely stock reviews, forecasting, and product rollouts.
• Collaborate with the ME Operations Team to obtain accurate forecasts and facilitate efficient stock planning.
• Manage account setup and address credit-related issues in coordination with the Accounts team.
• Represent the company at trade conferences, seminars, and exhibitions to enhance market presence.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in business development and sales management, ideally in the hospitality or FMCG sectors.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Ability to work collaboratively with existing employees and cross-functional teams.
• Transferable KSA visa and manageable notice period per KSA government system.
• Expertise in working with regional distributors and familiarity with supply chain processes.
• Strong analytical skills for market analysis and strategy development.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the KSA region.
