Job Summary:

Al Othaim Entertainment is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee operations across key locations in the region. The role involves optimizing processes, ensuring high service standards, and driving operational efficiency to support business growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have expertise in operations management, strategic planning, and leadership to enhance daily performance and contribute to the company’s overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operations of entertainment centers across the region to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
• Develop, implement, and maintain operational processes, systems, and policies to meet company standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate the regional operations team to deliver high-quality service.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment in achieving business goals and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze operational performance and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the entertainment or service industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multi-site operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in managing large teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of the entertainment industry, particularly in amusement parks, cinemas, or similar sectors.
