We are expanding our current presence across the Middle East region with exciting expansion projects in the coming years. The HR Business Partner will be based in the Riyadh Office and responsible for all HR-related duties associated with the full employee lifecycle in talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and compensation. This role will be part of the HRBP team for the EMEA region and collaborate closely with all HRBPs across EMEA commercial and the wider EMEA HR team (Compensation & Benefits, HR operations, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition). The role will report to the HR Director based in Europe.
