Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for regional operations.
2. Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide strategic recommendations.
3. Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies.
4. Lead financial reporting, audits, and risk management initiatives.
5. Optimize financial processes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or professional certifications such as CPA, CMA preferred).
2. 7+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in a holding company or a multi-entity organization.
3. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards (IFRS).
4. Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
