Job Description

This position is on behalf of one of our client companies, not a direct role with Imploy.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our Gulf region.

Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and budgets for the region. Analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
2. Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
3. Financial Controls: Implement and maintain strong internal controls to ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
4. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support.
5. Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks, implementing mitigating measures to minimize exposure.
6. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
7. Cash Flow Management: Optimize cash flow and working capital.
8. Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with regional business leaders to drive strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. 8+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
3. Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
4. Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
5. Strong leadership and team management skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
