Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruitment, particularly in the Heavy Machinery/construction machinery industry, and a deep understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HCM. This role will require a strong background in data management and hiring processes to help us identify and attract top talent for key positions.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:

1. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on hiring within the Heavy machinery/construction machinery field.
2. Experience in recruiting for various marketing, sales, and service positions (such as Service Engineers, Service Technicians, Forklift Operators, Crane Operators, etc.).
3. ATS Expertise: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for efficient recruitment and data management.
4. Data Management: Strong skills in data management, ensuring candidate and recruitment-related information is organized, accurate, and easily accessible.
5. Recruitment Experience: Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
6. Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the construction machinery industry, including key roles, technical requirements, and market trends.
7. Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with both internal teams and external candidates.
8. Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, especially in managing candidate data and recruitment processes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Educational Background: Masters in HR or any other relevant field is preferred.
2. Certifications: Any recruitment-related certifications or training is a plus.
3. Proficiency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
