Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As the Recruitment Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organization's talent acquisition strategy and leading a team of recruiters to attract top-tier candidates.

  1. Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs
  2. Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance
  3. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and create effective hiring plans
  4. Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding
  5. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
  6. Optimize the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR technologies
  7. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia
  8. Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
  9. Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  2. 5+ years of experience in recruitment or HR, with a proven track record of successful hiring campaigns
  3. Experience managing a team of recruiters
  4. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices
  5. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
  8. Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  9. In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia
  10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  11. Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred
  12. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  13. Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
  14. Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
