Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our clients. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent
2. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system
6. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process
7. Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
3. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent
4. Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
7. Fluency in English and Arabic is required
