Responsible to supervise the recreation facilities and staff to ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with the annual activities plans and internal plans.
Daily briefings with the staff members.
Planning and organizing daily activities for our guests.
Planning and organizing special events in residential camp, including contacting third-party companies, evaluating quotations, etc.
Generate monthly reports for all reactivation activities within the month.
Assisting the Soft Service Manager in creating the annual calendar of activities.
Completely understand and enforce recreation rules and regulations.
Evaluate and understand the guest needs regarding recreation programs.
Update and develop SOPs for all work areas and ensure all employees are fully trained to perform their duties as per standards.
Implement, if necessary, daily/weekly/monthly checklists for all required areas and ensure it is acted upon.
Within the context of objectives set by the manager, assign tasks and monitor progress against performance metrics.
Ensure work team is performed consistently within expected standards.
Improve processes, systems, or products.
Identify training gaps.
Ensure the proper maintenance of all equipment, planning for repair and/or replacement of used and damaged equipment in cooperation and coordination with the Soft Service Manager.
Carry out opening and closing procedures as detailed in the standards and procedures while ensuring accurate completion of any reports.
Monitor and evaluate guest complaints and suggestions and take appropriate action.
Ensure that NEOM's requirements regarding recreation activities are delivered in a timely manner.
Responsible for preparing monthly duty roster.
Provide leadership that inspires and engages the team to their best every day.
Ensure staff are fully trained in all mandatory H&S trainings and have the tools and equipment to carry out job duties.
