Job Description

We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression for visitors and managing daily administrative tasks.

  • Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and document management
  • Assist with office supply inventory and ordering
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications

  • Saudi nationality required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
  • Knowledge of Saudi business etiquette and cultural norms
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
