Job description

Responsibilities

  1. Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties;
  2. Determine the financial capabilities and needs of clients in order to recommend solutions that are tailored to their circumstances.
  3. Engage in intermediate-level negotiations throughout lease processes, advising clients on market conditions, pricing, legal obligations, and other related matters to ensure ethical and equitable interactions.
  4. Develop detailed lists of properties available for lease, outlining their location, features, and square footage to assist with client decision-making.

  2. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and persuade others.
