Job Overview

A Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic management of our diverse real estate portfolio. The Real Estate Manager will play a crucial role in maximising the value and performance of our properties.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring smooth and efficient running.
2. Develop and implement strategic plans for property management, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
3. Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition, identify maintenance needs, and ensure compliance with regulations.
4. Prepare and manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and analyse financial performance.
5. Negotiate and manage lease agreements with tenants, ensuring favourable terms and conditions.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns and fostering a positive tenant experience.
7. Collaborate with legal, finance, and other internal teams to ensure effective property management.
8. Stay informed about market trends, property values, and relevant regulations in the Saudi Arabian real estate market.
9. Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in the real estate market.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in real estate management, preferably in the Saudi Arabian market.
3. Strong understanding of property management principles, lease administration, and financial analysis.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
