Your Role

As Trade Finance Flow Advisory & Services Manager, you will be responsible for providing Trade Finance related solutions and advisory services to Clients operating within Saudi Arabia and GCC markets. You will be working closely with the local Coverage / Product Sales team and support them in achieving revenue targets. You will be acting as the primary Client contact point for Trade Finance related documentary and service issues as well as being accountable for the overall level of service provided to clients. You will be conducting regular service reviews to manage client service expectations.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Being Trade Finance expert and provide guidance, solutions & advisory services to clients.
  2. Manage Client transaction and ensure delivery within TAT.
  3. Daily review of transaction queues & escalate where required.
  4. Prepare Arabic Language Guarantee / Amendments.
  5. Respond and resolve day to day queries received from Clients / FI / Coverage, as well as manage complaints if / when received.
  6. Perform service Reviews & Meetings – continuous service improvements on client feedback and market needs.
  7. Client Training.
  8. Coordinate / meeting with Trade Processing Center.
  9. Coordinate with and collaboratively work with all Front Office and infrastructure partners including Operations / Legal / AFC & Compliance / COO.
  10. Arabic Translation where request received in Arabic Language.
  11. Review of Trade related regulatory reports.
  12. Provide support to Sales / Coverage team where needed.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  1. Nationality : Saudi national.
  2. Language skills : Fluent in Arabic & English language (spoken / written).
  3. Minimum 5 years of experience in Trade Finance products i.e. Bank Guarantee / Import / Export & Trade related financing.
  4. Well versed with latest UCP / URR / URDG / ISBP & local regulations (key regulatory requirement for Saudi Markets related to Trade Finance).
  5. Bachelors Degree (Graduate).
  6. Excellent interpersonal skills : effective and concise communicator at all levels, both verbal and written.
  7. Strong commitment to integrity, professionalism, and teamwork.
  8. Client servicing skills, strong interpersonal skills and ability to solve problem.
  9. Competent in MS Office suite (Excel / Word / PowerPoint).
