Perform diagnostic radiographs, daily maintenance of x-ray equipment and room, daily maintenance of x-ray film processor and handle processing of radiology requests, radiology reports, and x-ray films while ensuring strict compliance with any rules or regulations that apply to the clinic.
Accountabilities
Prepares patient for radiological procedure by positioning patient; adjusting immobilization devices; moving equipment into specified position; adjusting equipment controls to set exposure factors.
Gains patient cooperation by reducing anxieties; providing explanations of treatment; answering questions.
Minimizes radiation to patient and staff by practicing radiation protection techniques, using beam restrictive devices, patient shielding, and knowledge of exposure factors.
Maintains production and quality of radiographs by following established standards and procedures; developing radiographs; observing radiographic results; making necessary adjustments.
Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.
The employee's duties are not limited to the above-mentioned accountabilities. The manager can assign other duties based on the business need.

Working Hours: 8 net working hours according to shift schedule approved by head of department.
Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Applied Medical Science, Radiology section.
Experience
2 years of practical experience following graduation.
